Terms and conditions

These terms apply to mylawn.net.au, operated by Lawn Care Company Australia, a division of BuyFactory Direct Pty Ltd. They should be read with the Shipping, Refunds and Returns, Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages.

Product information and prices

We aim to describe products accurately. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Delivery and the full order total, including GST, are shown before you pay. If we find a material error in a price or description, we will contact you before the order is fulfilled.

Orders and payment

Paying for an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. Orders are fulfilled once payment has cleared. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider; we never ask you to email card details.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order until it has been dispatched by emailing us with the order number. There is no cancellation fee. Orders are usually dispatched quickly, so contact us as soon as you can.

Delivery

Delivery charges, times and the courier process are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page. The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

Returns and your consumer guarantees

This shop gives you 15 days from delivery to return a standard stock item if you change your mind, as explained on the Refunds and Returns page. Separately, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law.
